Happy New Year!

I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy and Safe New Year!!! I hope 2011 is awesome and full of suprises for you!!

I made it!

I made it through my first semester in radiology school!! I feel like I have neglected my blog so bad, but I didnt realize how busy I would be in school. I honestly did not think I would make it this past week! I was so exhausted from studying. I have never studied so much in my life. Me and some girls in my class would drive to school at 7 in the morning and stay literally all day at school to study for finals. I did really well on two finals but the 3rd one really kicked my butt. but I still made it and i am so relieved!!

On another note, Lance and I are settled down in the new house and we are so happy! We love our new place on 10 acres of land with a big red barn! It's so peaceful out in the country...yet only 2 miles from town! I am going back to work at Kingwood(my job before I went to school) for Christmas break so I'll have alot of access to my blog so I hope to catch up on alot of things.

I love the holidays!

Wow..it's been over a month since i've blogged last! I honestly did not think my life would revolve around school this much! I've had so much going on you wouldn't believe! Lance and I are moving into a new house this week. It's a long story but we are having to move out of the house that we are in right now because our friends (the house is our friends grandpas house) "need" to move into it. Um, yeah well, needless to say we got right now finding a new house and we did within 4 days! thats so unusal around our area because it's a college town so usually everything is taken up. We found a nice little trailer on 10 acres of land with a big barn! We are having to down size a bit but thats okay because I know we are going to LOVE living at our new place. Everything is fenced in and I know I will feel safe there. It also includes a storm cellar so thats a bonus!

I found some time to go to a concert last friday night! It was brad paisley, darius rucker, and JUSTIN MOORE! It was A-MA-ZING! If your not familar with justin moore, well he's from arkansas and he finally was able to put on a concert in his home state and he did so good!! We even called the hogs! (a razorback thing). Me, Lance, my bestfriend whitney and her husband went and it felt so nice to get out! I haven't done anything since July! It was a great time with my bestfriend, especially with everything going on with the moving situation.

How was everyone's Thanksgiving?! Mine was okay. My mom is home from Alabama helping me  pack up my house so we went to Lance's parents house for Thanksgiving. Then went straight home and packed the rest of the day. Wow, what a way to spend Thanksgiving, but it's got to be done. I was in a pretty funky mood having to pack on Thanksgiving, but Lance finally made me realize that I should be THANKFUL for even having a house to move in to. He always knows how to straighten me out. lol!

As soon as we get in our new place, which hoping it will be monday or tuesday, I am putting up Christmas decorations! Yayyy!!! I'll post pictures as soon as I have time!! I hope yall stick around on my blog, I know i'm a slacker but I really do love to blog! Okay, i'm off to catch up on some of my favorite blog sites!

3 years!

I wanted to write a quick post to say Happy 3rd Anniversary to the best man in the world! Thank you for putting up with all of my craziness in my life! Your such a good man and can't wait for many more anniversary's to come!!

Vintage baby shower!

I had to get these pictures off Erica's (the mommy) facebook because I haven't uploaded my pictures off my camera yet. But here are a few pictures from the baby shower my best friend whitney and I threw for her sister Erica!

 The food table. We put white sheets up, then hung twine so we could clothespin Erica's maternity pictures up. We also hung a lime green and turquoise blue tissue pom poms up. We hung mason jars with twine and filled the bottom with rice and put a tea light candle in it! Super cute!!

Where did my life go?

hey everyone! It's me..Kasey. I'm not sure if you remember me because i've totally abandoned my blog due to school. I cannot believe how busy my life is with school now. What am I talking about? I HAVE NO LIFE!! All I do is study and sleep. lol! I absolutely love it though! I am enjoying radiology school so much and I know this is where God wants me. I'm sorry that I haven't been writing much, but since we've moved way out in the country, we haven't found an internet service that will reach out there yet...but we're still looking! My bestfriend whitney and I threw her sister erica a baby shower this past weekend! I've mentioned before that it was going to be a vintage theme and it turned out perfect!! I will post pictures as soon as I can, but here is a sneak peak of Erica, Me, and Whitney!

Busy Life

So it's my 2nd week of school and I have two test this week! Whew! I'm enjoying it so much though! My radiology class is only 15 people and we all get along so well..well so far we do. It's like we are starting our own little family for the next two years. I have been studying so much lately and I dont see it slacking up anytime soon. But I actually like studying because it's interesting stuff and not the ole' boring stuff. I really want to keep my blog going, so I hope noone goes anywhere because I really do enjoy it, but school comes first so I have to make sure I take care of my schooling first.

So anyways, Saturday is my 21st birthday! Yay..i'm finally going to be 21! Wow..i'm getting old. lol.
